I found this selftimer on eBay. Seller think it is from USSR(he e-Mail to me). But he not sure. Seller could not find any marking on unit.
Is it really Russian?

This is by sure a Weimar self timer from GDR made around 1958-1965 very similar to ZIM from Zavod Im. Masleinkova.
This ZIM factory also produces the shutters for Zenit 4, 5, 6 and for Zorki 10, 11 and 12

Well, the creamy colored white plastic of the body does look very much like the kind used on the Leningrad exposure meters (in the center of the dial) and the "M" logo may be a Soviet factory ... but I don't know for sure.
