Posted - Sep 22 2016 : 04:54:56 AM Fécamp rather than le Havre... It's a question of perspective due to the 28mm... I try to find out a picture with my Tessar 6/2,8cm to compare...

Posted - Sep 22 2016 : 01:31:39 AM Hello Jacques,
Thanks :)!
Yes I couldn't resist :), this lens is so unique, among the first 4 produced! I will post some pictures of the lens soon. It seems a bit soft but the film I shot wasn't very appropriate (sfx 200). I will try with a pan 50 for better results.
You guessed it is Etretat :). The Harbour is in Fécamp.
Amitiés, Cyril.

Posted - Sep 21 2016 : 1:31:35 PM So, it's your famous LTM 1951 Orion 15! At last, you got it! Congratulations, Cyril. It seems it's a soft lens, which is quite normal. Bravo too for these first pictures: the cliffs at Etretat and the harbour (le Havre, I think?). I particularly love this last one. Not really different from what I can obtain with my 6/28mm Zeiss Tessar wartime...
