Lens appraisal question

This is a question to members - a friend of mine had asked me about an approximate price for these lenses, someone is offering those to him and he wants to buy them but neither know the fair price value for the exchange.

The lenses are:
Volna-8 F1.2/50mm
Record-4 F0.9/52mm

I would appreciate any suggestions.
