I think I agree with Don, I thought the Zenitsa has the same application as Surpris. Wouldn't want to be on the business end of that camera [:D].

I am dubious as to it being a medical camera. I can not think of an application in the medical field where you would need the motor drive!

In this application motor drive is needed for remote operation, not for speed.

MT I believe is index for Медицинская Технология - Medical Technology, so any camera with MT is a medical camera...

Many reasons to use a motor drive in medical work. Any time the doctor or technician is busy with his hands and can't use them to wind the camera between exposures .. but can use a foot switch, or ask someone else to make an exposure by remote control of foot or hand switch.
The back looks like a data back of some sort ... any ideas what the controls are labeled? I think Vlad is correct that "MT" designated cameras are primarily for medical use.
