Latin FT-2 like new

Well, the collection virus grows and grows... :-)

And so a like new FT-2 with latin name on the plate on top found it's way to me. I have seen some FT-2 before, they were all ugly and "raped" by idiot repairmen...

But this one looks like new, there is only a bit of the black paint gone on the edges, in all other aspects it is like new. No dangled screws, perfect chrome, no one has opened it before, not even dirt on it. And it comes with a case that looks like new. And if you put your nose on it you can smell the russian grease :-) I think it was not used very often. A really nice piece for my collection.

Hi. I wonder if someone could tell me how fast should the turret be when 1/400 s exposure is selected. Is there any brake applied at all at that speed or does the turret spin freely (really fast, hitting the end of it's travel relatively harsh)?
