Seems like maybe a fake, or some police disguise rather than KGB. I think the camera is from 1995 (maybe) the year KGB was disbanded ... so hard to tell. On the other hand, this seller has had some real KGB stuff before.

Usually KGB disquises have a serial number on the disguise ... even the simple belt disguises.
