I have never seen it before, but to me it looks original. I think we would need better photos to know for sure. Maybe Alain has seen it?

Hello people! They are original! I have seen some Smena 8 with the lens tube with the same finish. I regret to say that this is a chemical phenomenon occured due an error on prepairing the anodizing bath. As it still stands beautyful, pieces are still useful.
