Hi Vlad,
I think you will find that this is the innards of a so-called Chaika Official Use Camera. Most of these units contain a modified Chaika-2 camera with an Industar-50-2 lens and a Fil 41M electronic flash. The internal parts of the unit often vary, and I get the impression that they were probably made to special order and only assembled when an order was received.
