help identifying shutter

I just bought this roller blind shutter but can't find any information on it. the seller said it's german but i bought it here in kiev so i thought someone here might know something. thanks, garry

D.R.G.M stands for "<b><font color="red">D</font id="red"></b>eutsches <b><font color="red">R</font id="red"></b>eich <b><font color="red">G</font id="red"></b>ebraush<b><font color="red">M</font id="red"></b>uster" wich means : "German Reich Register design".
So, your seller is right when he says that this item comes from germany.
