Unusual Jupiter 8 set up

I never see such fitting for Jupiter 8 before. Lens presumably was made for high resolution projector. It has no distance scale. Only aperture. The "skirt" resembled Industar 26u.

It also looks like an enlarger adaptation to me actually unless it's focused to infinity, then the projector seems likely
