Hi!!

I have this electronic flash(Elektronika L5-01 // Электроника Л5-01) that goes with my Zenit-ET Camera (wich I'm already learning to use). The thing is I haven't tested the flash yet because I'm afraid I'd break it.

Don't want to plug it to the wall cause I don't know if it will be burnt by the 220w energy.

And don't know wich kind of batteries it uses.

If you can post the original manual or give some advise I'd be really grateful!!

Below the meter/aperture scale is a black screw, open it and put in regular AA-batteries!
One of the slide switches is power, numbers mark the guide number. Other is on/off.

I think no one has seen this light since the 90's

I have also one of these, and used it with my Zenits, but forgot the model name. But posting pics woke me up!
