I agree with Ulrich.
The nose was probably put later.
Unless your "S" was a very late one, a Berdsk in the 18xxxx. It seems that some of them were originally mounted with Zeiss lenses.

it is NOT a soviet leather case, it is a case from foreign manufacturer. There was no FED/Zorki/etc. camera case in the Soviet Union with the horizontal straps.

It's a "c" made in 1938.
Perhaps the first owner specially asked for this lens?
BTW, what is the serial number of the lens?

It is camera serial. And I have get it without the lens.
One old man have selled it to me.
He have get it from her neighbour.
He told me, that the camera was broken and did not know anythinf about the lens.

you are right, there were horizontal pieces of leather to maintain the straps on the camera bags for the first FEDs (1a/b).
This leather bag seems not to be one of them.
