Two FED 100mm f/6.3 with consecutive S/N

Someone is selling two FED 100mm f/6.3 lenses with consecutive S/N on ebay - without even advertising that fact:

Something you don't see everyday. Do you think they were 'kept' by workers from the factory or bought together at a shop by their first owner? I guess even if you tried that would be hard. Or just from some collection where someone managed to get hold of 2 lenses with consecutive S/N by luck?

I suppose these two lenses were found separately by a collector and sold together by the present seller. Like the two consecutive Fed 1a and 1c we have in the wiki.

It just happens sometimes that consectutive S/N are available. At the moment I know about Zorki-1 #588508 and #588509 offered from different sellers for a long time now and still nobody is interested in them and there are other examples. For me this is not a reason to collect these consecutive S/N but I think it's interesting if you have consecutive S/N with a Zorki-3 and a 3M, or a Zorki-C and a 2C because their S/N-system is connected.

I have bought the second one listed. It appears to be unserviced, thought the rangefinder coupling cam has been misassembled. Lets see if we can fix that. Registration distance is about 28,45mm

This lens has the old style brown aperture blades. I wonder if they excist with blue ones as well.
