Hidden deep in local websites I found these lenses, everything seems normal but can't find the PF-3 anywhere.

RF-3 is soviet lens for reproduction and enlarging (in Russian РФ-3 - репродукционный фотообъектив)

It's lens similar to APO Germinar.
I have one, little and light lens which can be very easily be open and cleaned (only need 2 hands)

This is cine lens. It won't cover full frame since it's for Super35 film.
