Has anyone seen this kind of camera before?

Authenticity-wise:

The serial # that what jumped out at me - 1957 (10 years off) well and the replaced leatherette does not help much.. Also the positioning of the engraving seems very out of place.. Any thoughts?

Well, it must be a fake unless some engraver at KMZ was 10 years ahead of their time or wanting to commemorate Marconi's first trans-Atlantic message!

First of all this Zorki camera has 50 Years engravings in FED Style!
This Zorki model "S" was no more made in 1967.
