So I've been hitting the variations on a few cameras pretty hard, getting obsessive, but it's very interesting to discover different versions. Here are some fruits of this undertaking:

The Kiev family, lots of different small variations from types of plastic used on later 303s, different body paneling to different white paint shades of logo (yeah I know you're gonna laugh at that [:)]:

The Agat family, there are numerous combinations of different types of shutter button, lens ring color and body color:

3 different types of cyrillic logos on Sputnik:

I hope I didn't scare you [:)].

Certainly not, Vlad.
Just on the contrary, I think you have a lot of chance to have some of your obsessions which are wisely square, and can be put in order like books in a library. My personal finds are much more disturbed![:D]

Amitiés. Jacques.

Hahaha Jacques!

I guess when it comes to collecting to each its own.. nature of the hobby.. I know a few people that measure screw distances and base variations on that [:)].

Cheers,
Vlad.

I absolutely love that row of Agats!
