Correct number but fake...

Hi all

I got this one...
160709 is really the serial number of a Leica 1 from 1935...
But lens serial number is unknown....[:D][:D][:D]

So I suppose it is a fake???[8D][8D][8D]

This is a fake for sure.
This camera pretend to be a Leica 1 C. But Leica 1 C looks complitely different. There were no chrom version of Leica 1 C.
Leica has not put numbers on lenses before 1933 so lack of serial number on front of the lens does not mean this is a fake.
And there are a lot of other differences between your camera and Leica. [:)]

From the number on the lens, it appears to be a re-branded post-war FED-50/Industar 10.

But overall, it presents as a well finished camera.

Does somebody could help me to find it, or if it does not exist, I will open new topic in order to share some informations and pics about fakes?
