Hello,
I'm wondering, in which year the last Kiev rangefinder cameras were produced at Arsenal? I've found different information on this topic:

1985: Ryshkov (Russian and Soviet Cameras)
1987: Princelle (Authentic Guide); www.sovietcams.com
1989: www.ussrcameras.ru

I think I've never seen a Kiev camera later than 1984. There is not much attention of collectors to the late Kievs. I'm searching ebay for some weeks now and there are only a few cameras from 1984. Sometimes you can find a Helios-103 lens from 1985.

There was a larger batch of Jupiter-12 lenses with Kiev Mount produced in the years 1986-88 at LZOS. You can find them a lot in mint condition. And not to forget the Menopta lenses from the 1990ies. But there seems to be no direct relation between lens and camera production in the command economy of the USSR.

The last Kiev rangefinder was Kiev-IVam. The camera has been produced until 1985.
