Very probably, that camera was used as a checker for lenses (the register is exactly at 28,8mm on this item. But the montage is not from the factory, of course! It could have been made after ther war, when the lack of standardization for the prewar Feds had become a problerm with the appearance of new lenses...

Note that the lens (s/n 153385) should be original.

Jacques, a really weird camera. Congrats to that find. I also don't think that it was factory made, looks like home made.
