Good news for subscription members

A few small but useful changes had happened for members who subscribe to this forum by email:

- the FROM name now will display the member who actually replies to the post, but please don't reply to it since it's not going anywhere, it's just for informational purposes, easier to see right away who posted, you still need to login to reply.

- I've been able to embed images into emails so now you should see actual images inside the email body that people post. These do not come in as attachments, so don't worry, your email client goes out to grab the image at the time of the viewing of the email. No more [IMG] tags in emails! [:)]

I discovered a problem with the new picture include function: It functions very well if I look to the HTML mail, but I have configurated my mail client to show all mails in text format only. So I can't see any notice about the included picture. Maybe it would be an idea to put a direct link to the picture just below the picture itself?

Guido, what you're requesting is unfortunately is quite hard to do since you're mail client is stripping out all HTML.. if I put in this code, then members with HTML enabled clients will have extra junk in their emails... I'll need to think about it a bit more...

Hey everyone,

people seemed to have lot of issues with my image upload feature for the forum, so I've spent this evening improving the heck out it! So now you can select image, it'll upload it then - the window will <b>CLOSE </b>and <b>it will automatically add the code with image link into your reply text box</b> - you don't have to do any more cutting and pasting anymore!! You need another image uploaded? No problem, just click Upload Image on the right side on your screen again and repeat.. Any questions?

Oh and Guido - I've added the link to the end of the code so it solved your issue of not seeing the image in text-only editors.. unless the user modifies the inserted code you will have your link.
