It seems to be an mechanical S-206 "Zola" build on the basis of the Zorki 6. Look at Princelles book (2nd edition) page 198.

yes , this zorki 6 is a "zola" (kgb camera) i possess at home whith 2 specail lenses (one for belt bucle device and one for false book or case device)
very interesting including motor and electronics.
