Interesting that the address reads: "St. Petersburg USSR". Why not "Leningrad"?

It may have been made right after the fall of USSR, when Leningrad was just renamed but global post addresses still had USSR on it???

Renamed 12 June 1991 (the referendum date). In the USSR.
