A rare Kiev-5 leather case?

Hello everyuone,

Over the years, I have never seen a Kiev 5's leather case like this. So is it a rare version? Unfortunately I fogot which camera was in it when I bought it. If you have such a camera, please let me know which years' Kiev 5 has such a case.

My Kiev-5 #7300190 came in the same case
