I already mentioned this objective in its white /light gray enamelled version . The owner says to me that is a version of the TAIR for Artic (but this is not , I know, " zoom" opinion who affirms, surely with reason, which that is a tropicalized version). mounting in 42 mm with screw is strange. I can provide images and the serial number if that is useful.

Alain, be careful, I wrote that it was a TV-lens.

The "T" index indeed is used to a tropical version too...

Old topik, but here is another Tair-3T (Television, not tropical... I think T means tropicalised only for cameras (I know there are some "Start" T).

This one use an "A" mount, which is certainly the consequence of a modification.
