Russian Camera Collectors Club

I have decided to close the Russian Camera Collectors Club website (RCCCUK.com) as it has become increasingly less relevant and the number of visitors has now decreased significantly.
I would like to take this opportunity fo thanking all the members and supporters who have contributed and communicated with the RCCC since I started it in 1996.
Rest assured, I shall continue collecting Soviet-made photographic equipment and contributing to the Forum and Wiki Catalog here on the USSRPhoto.com website. I shall also be pleased to continue to hear from fellow collectors by email at RCCCUK@aol.com.

Dear David,

Times change, and most enthousiast share their things on various places on the internet. Most collectors share their pieces and rarities on the Ussrphoto forum, most shooters and users who have a few Russian camera's show up on the Rangefinderforum mostly. I wish they shared more on Ussrphoto sometimes.

Although I never really met your website I really appreciate what you set up since 1996 :). Although time seems short lately for all of us, lets share what we like!

David, sorry to hear these news! As a pioneer in this field, with one of the first Russian camera related sites, it's sad to see it come to close. I hope your club will continue in spirit on this forum!
