Series of Zenit B (or Zenit V) rebagded for Foto-Quelle, West-Germany, postorder store.

Revue is a Foto-Quelle house brand, used on many products from different manufacturers. Sometimes also the case was different to the original Zenit case, like with the "B" a soft leatherette one.
