PT7505. Seems to be an earliest version of "Jupiter-9" lens. Under initial name "ZK-85" ("Sonnar Kransogorsk"). Very few lenses released by KMZ in 1948-1949. These first samples are totally assembled from Zeiss (Germany) optical glasses. Focal length - 8.5 cm, aperture range f2 - f22. Focusing range from 1.15 m to infinity. Number of elements/groups: 7/3.  Angular field - 28º. Kiev (Contax) mount. An earliest so far known lens has s/n #000007 1948 (Y.Davydenko coll.).   Sample opposite from Yuriy Davydenko (Ukraine) collection.
	PT7505 - ZK 2/85 mm lens #000007 (1948).
PT7510. Identical to PT7505 with slightly changed body design. Very few lenses released by KMZ in 1948-1949. These first samples are totally assembled from Zeiss (Germany) optical glasses. Lens #000220 opposite from private collection in Russia. PT7515. Almost identical to its predecessor "ZK-85" (PT7505), but under name "ZK Zorki" already. Very limited batch of these lenses released by KMZ in 1949-1950. Partially or totally assembled from Zeiss (Germany) optical glasses. Still ultra rare to find nowadays.
	PT7510 - ZK 2/85 mm lens  #000220 (1949).
PT7520. Next generation under regular name "Jupiter-9" already. Released by KMZ in 1951-1960. Wider diaphragm's setting ring. Less common to find, since released in limited quantities. Some lenses have an additional engravings "SDELANO B CCCP" on the barrel (see picture below). An earliest so far known lens has s/n #5100703 (soviet press). Lens opposite from Ilya Stolyar (USA) collection.
	PT7520 - Jupiter-9  #5600139.
PT7540. Almost identical to PT7520, but released by  LZOS {"Lytkarinskij Zavod Opticheskogo Stekla") in 1958-1961. White body. Name markings in Cyrillic characters. Some lenses have an additional "MADE IN USSR" engravings on body. The particular version has no "100 m" markings on meter scale. No otherwise different. Quite common to find nowadays. Lens opposite from Ilya Stolyar (USA) collection.   PT7545. Identical to PT7540, but with "100 m" markings on meter scale already. Released by LZOS in 1961-1963.
	PT7540 - Jupiter-9  #6103022.
PT7550. Identical to PT7545, but with export markings already. New markings on the lens faceplate: "1:2  F=8.5 cm" replaced by "2/85". "100 m" markings on meter scale. Some lenses have an additional "MADE IN USSR" engravings on body. Released by LZOS in 1963-1968. Quite common to find. Lens opposite from Ilya Stolyar (USA) collection.
	PT7550 - Jupiter-9  #6309400.
PT7555. An ultra rare to find earliest version of Jupiter-9, released by Arsenal in 1957. Under new name "Rekord-9". Prototype lens with s/n #570001 is known to exist in collection (for more information - see "Rekord-9 2.0/85" in the list). PT7560. Another version, released by Arsenal (Ukraine) in 1957-1963. Front ring is totally black already, so it's easy to recognize this version amongst other J-9 lenses. There's no "No" prefix in serial number. 6-digits serial number, instead of 7-digits in other versions. Almost visually identical to PT7540 (see comparison picture below). An earliest known lens has s/n #570091 (J.Ford coll.)
	PT7560 - Jupiter-9  #620189.
PT7565. Lens identical to PT7560, but with additional character "T" in the serial number (see picture below).   Lens #611346T opposite from Yuriy Davydenko (Ukraine) collection.

PT7580. Lens released by LZOS in 1963-1988. Identical to PT7545, but totally black already. Seems to be the latest version of the particular lens. Export name markings. Some lenses have an additional "MADE IN USSR" engravings on body (few different styles, see picture below). Very popular to find nowadays at the reasonable prices.
