This is an attempt to modernize the "Zenit-EM". Initially there It looked just like an EM with new lettering, then there was a polycarbonate plastic top and is finished in black with new designs on the dials. The serial number is on the inside of the back door. Zenit ETs also exist without aperture automation. They were supplied with Helios 44-2 lens and are rare [2].

The less common BeLomo Zenit-ET with dark grey body. On the camera bottom plate there's "Made in USSR" stamped, what is very uncommon for cheap BeLomo cameras. |

Camera similar to dark grey one, but with typical black finish. The top plate is made from plastic. In my case Zenit-ET comes with MC Zenitar-M 1.9/50 lens [1]. |

In 1990 BeLomo issued the new version of Zenit-ET camera with CdS meter under a new ABS plastic top plate. I have tried to find this metering on my sample of camera, but failed unfortunately ... |
