Kievuser	Posted - Jul 25 2008 : 12:52:10 AM Hi Stephan, In 1958, the average monthly salary of Soviet employees was 77.8 rubles, and the minimum salary between 1956-1960 was 27-35 rubles.:-) 1 kilograme flour(1st grade) cost 0.31 ruble , and 1 kilograme beef(1st grade) cost 1.5 ruble in 1959.
