I have stumbled upon a Red Flag, and I was thinking about buying it... but when I read on our Wiki I see serial numbers are 20xxxx, but the one I am looking has 137232 - so I can't avoid thinking if it's a fake or how or why...

I have a few photos, but they are not very good:

I hope you can help, even tho the photos are not so good.

It's a prewar camera, so a CLA is often necessary if you want to shoot. The mechanism is simple, and cleaning/lubrification operations can be done easily by yourself. It's a bit more complex if the curtains need to be replaced.

If it is to collect, these cameras are easy to find and not too expensive. But it's better to get one with the right Fed lens (no coating and ancient diaphragm scale).

Amitiés. Jacques.

Ahh! Yes you are right!
I didn't read the cyrilic properly last night while I was sleeping, and didn't bother to read it today while at wake it seems Sorry for that.

How is the 1D? Are they good cameras?

Hi "Yuri"!

This is not a NKAP, but a good old NKVD 1d, with a correct serial number, but a Zorki lens.

Amitiés. Jacques.
