I received the camera in nice shape. It does appear to be a very fine copy of the Smena. I'm most impressed with the company logo of the Mountain molded into the back.
Will add this to the list of others to show.

What is the serial of your camera? So far I have only heard of 60-starting ones, meaning 1960. And ending 2xxxx which is odd, where is those earlier than 20.000 and later than 30.000?

Serial # 60028394 which falls again to the most common 6002xxxx range, only exception so far Steves 60035xxx.

Actually not a copy as it was licence produced. PRC and USSR were friends then... I have added serial numbers to Wiki.
