This lens seems to be of Korean manufacture
There are several details:
First the letter engraving font type.
The existance of N° 82xxxx.
The Missing Rubber in the focus collar is not a Russian standard.
The double scale Ft/m.
The f2,8 135mm -out of Russian markings standards.
The lens type should be a Tair, a Fodis or a Tele-Zenitar formula but never a Jupiter.
The automatic diaphragm leaf type
The 58mm filter thread -Uncommon for 35mm lenses.
Thanks.

Very possible that it was made for TO&E of England who owned the names as trademarks in England.

I agree it could be for TOE there are certainly similar 135/2.8 lenses marked as 'Helios' rather than 'Jupiter' in the UK and also 28/2.8 as well. As far as I know they were made in Japan and sold through the Dixons chain of stores. I will see if I can find pictures, but the 135 looks very similar.
EDIT
Just found this on ebay which is the Helios lens I mean http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Helios-135mm-F2-8-camera-lens-Pentax-M42-Canon-EOS_W0QQitemZ120377133498QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CamerasPhoto_CameraAccessories_CameraLensesFilters_JN?hash=item120377133498&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1690|66%3A2|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1318_

I just checked the auction out with 12 minutes to go.
All things considered, quite expensive for a Japanese 135mm lens. For quite some time the 135 has lost its popularity a lot since zooms have taken over.

It has to be the "Helios" name.

Doh! Good job you posted that, I was about to say that I had seen that picture of the 'Helios' lens with the dodgy KMZ logo somewhere, and of course it was here. [:D][:D]

A very funny thing happened yesterday.
I had in hands an exactly reproduction of the lens with Elicar brand name .Seeing at internet, I found another Elicar at http://cgi.ebay.com/ELICAR-VINTAGE-135MM-%23701936-AUTO-1:2.8-LENS-W%2FLENS-PAC_W0QQitemZ170297140616QQcmdZViewItemQQimsxZ20090125?IMSfp=TL0901251610003r25586
Anyone can see evidences.

Looks the same Luiz, whoever made them must have used a lot of different names, Elicar,Jupiter, Helios etc I wonder if Cosina made them? I know they have made a lot of lenses for a lot of companies, and they did make a 135/2.8.
