I love your arches and the shadows...
For me, it's an example: a BW picture which really goes from the black to the white.

Excellent pictures, Kris.
I prefer the first - a real masterpiece.
On the second I miss some more contrast of the sky part ( clouds ). The lower part is fantastic.
