Hi folkls! I' d like to name all soviet/russian cameras repairing facilities all over the world who still are in business.

One old master lives in my town - in Yoshkar-Ola. He can fix all kind of popular Soviet cameras, and it'll cost only 200-500 rubles! He repaired my Kiev-4AM. He then gathered almost from scratch my Vilia which has only the main part of body and lens.

Thank you very much for this information, the Panorama camera center is most interesting!

Do you know if any of these do mail-based repair? If you send it to them will they send it back?

In the Netherlands is a repairman too who was trained by an Arsenal technician. He is retired now and only accepts very few repairs.

I added these to the Resources catalog under Camera Repair. Damir, do you have more info on your repairman to add their contact into our database?

I came to know by "The Kiev Report" webpage about the existence of a certain Mr. Eddie Smolov, who was a specialized Kiev camera technician in USA. Does anyone have any information on him?

Getting a list of FSU camera repairers together is a good idea friendlyrod

If we can get a good sized list, then maybe it would be a good idea to organize it into countries? Although it would take quite a while to get enough names to make this worhtwhile.
