I have a tochka 58 camera and there is still film in the magazine. I want to develop it, but I don't know what kind of solution and process I need

I suppose it is a BW film. Use a very thin BW developer and watch the development with an IR nightvision device.

The question is where the film is in the cassette and whether it has even been exposed.

The Minox cassette is similar to the Tochka cassette.There is no point in developing the unexposed film
