Zorki 10 repair

Hi everyone. I've been using my Zorki 10 and 11 for a few months now and am really loving them, looking forward to getting some more Soviet rangefinders.
I'm not sure if this is the right place or the right forum as I know you don't deal with Zorkis, but I'm struggling to find help anywhere else.
Basically the focus ring on my Zorki 10 got jammed the other day, it's either come off the thread or is jammed up by some dirt. I can;t for the life of me figure out how to get into it or get into the lens, and no one else can seem to help.

Can you guys point me in the right direction?
