FED 3 ... Military Presentation Camera - 1972
With engraving on the back of the camera that translates to:
"To General Major of Aviation Fukalov A.I. from Commander in Chief of the Air
Force 1972"

Also with an engraved brass plaque on the top of the case with a similar engraving, but seems to also include the occasion which was 50 years of service and maybe the name of the Air Force Commander who presented the camera (brass plaque needs translation).
