Brother to Zenit-19 but with automatic control of shutter speed. Has full aperture metering, but with special lenses having additional electric contacts. Only Zenitar-ME1 50mm/f:1,7 was made with the contacts. Similar looking system was used in Paktica, but lenses don't match together electronically. No depth of field button, so metering with other lenses than Zenitar-ME1 is clumsy: lens has to be stopped down manually with lens "A/M" button, or only manual & preset lenses can be used. Shutter speeds 1 - 1/1000s.
