Production: about 40000 ex. in 1938-39. Serial numbers: c. 55xxx to c. 95xxx.
Engravings on camera top are the same as on Fed 1b camera, with "YCCP" (Ukrainian engraving). Shutter speeds are identical to predecessor's as well. The only visible difference from Fed 1b is changed roundness form of housing. The particular change is due to the mechanism of the new Fed 1B, with a slow speed knob on camera's frontplate.
Several subseries:
-with a dark green vulcanite (up to c. 62xxx)
-with a 5mm base plate pin, formerly 3mm. From c. 80xxx.
-3 screws no longer visible under rewind knob (from c. 86xxx).
-the front center screw under the lens rim is entirely visible (from c. 92xxx).
The 1c "S" (with 1/1000th) show the same subseries.
Nice set on the last picture: a NKVD 1c with matching 6,3/100mm lens and finder.
