This is a very interesting camera as it is in effect the first miniature 16mm single lens reflex. 70% of the cameras were produced in 1964 so this is the most common year by far. Some cameras had a plate on the rear with a warning engraved on it.
The top is engraved directly over the lens with Narciss, in either Cyrillic or Roman and red filled. These cameras were originally packaged with case, film cassettes and a developing spool. The package also included a special lens adapter that functioned as an extension tube or to adapt m42 lenses for use on the Narciss.
