SEM 1 synchronizer Very similar to SEL-1 Synchronizer. produced by another factory synchronizes image of Luch 2 and Russ projector when operated at 16, 18 or 24 fps in 9.53 cm/s and 19,05 cm/s tape recorder speeds.
