for what is this eagle over the factory logo? i have no seen a camera with an eagle!

I get the camera from a czech seller, you know him. I got by him also my 2 c-13 camera pod `s (wiki s-13).
I think it was in the czech air force.
it is an export model.
but for what is the eagle?

Actually Mike, I'm pretty sure now this is Polish version. The eagle is just like the eagle on flag of Poland:
