Rare FED 3

Hello friends , i want to ask for something.Before few days i buy a early fed 3 camera engraved with interesting numbers and lettering "20g. u ISP" , i'm searching everywhere for information , but don't found anything , if somebody knows what this means i will be very grateful to share with me.1 more interesting thing is that , the straps of the case have a stamps wich mean the same (maybe) but it's not good for reading.I forget to tell you that the engraved is on the top of the camera.

Wow I've never seen anything like that on a Soviet camera... very interesting..

If can be usefully for you , i buy it from one guy who bring it from Serbia.
