Hello!
I'm new to this site so, maybe, someone has already dealt with this topic.
I have tried all the links that I can find for the English downloadable version of Maizenberg's book, all to no avail! I have also looked in ebay and Amazon for English copies but, again, nothing. Other forums refer to the link on this site and it appears to have been working as late as January this year.
Has it been taken down or do I have a problem with my iPad?
If it is the former, can someone please tell be how to get a copy (doesn't have to be a hard copy).
Thanking you in advance.
Chris

Hi Chris, there is an active U.S. copyright for this book and Isaak's family requested to take this book down. So it is not available in any form. Sorry.
Best regards,
Vlad

Dear Vlad
Thanks for the info.
A kind member has already forwarded a link and I now have it downloaded. Following your comment, I will not say who but it was really good of him to do so!
Are the "family" intending to republish the book in English? Otherwise, it doesn't make sense. The book is, after all, a tribute to Maizenberg's life.
Thank you
Chris

I own the printed Russian language book but cannot read Russian. Is there any source for the English translation PDF now?

Hi guys!
Could someone share English PDF with me? I would much appreciate it.
It is now quite impossible to get this book in English, although Russian version is quite easy to find...

Hi Mateusz,
As I said above, English version of Maizenberg is illegal to distribute in PDF form per active US Copyright law and USSRPhoto.com (U.S. based website) was explicitly requested by Mr. Maizenberg's family not host the link for the PDF copy on this forum.
Thank you,
Vlad

I think that if the heirs of Izaak Majzenberg would decide to offer a reprint of the English version of the book, (even as a "print-on-demand" edition), it would be a bestseller.
I have my original book, bought many years ago at an antiques show, where a kind, german lady had a stand with books on any subject related to antiques and collectables. On that occasion, I bought many repair manuals of the late Ed Romney and Izaak Majzenberg's work: this one, was quite expensive, but a real pleasure to read!
All the best,
E.L.

It was suggested, I don't think the family is interested.
