Zenit 3m service/repair

I have recently received a Zenit 3m. It has some visable specs and dust in the viewfinder (I believe to be internal as I have cleaned the mirror and viewfinder) and the slow shutter speeds don't work so well. I would like some info on how to service/clean/lube etc the camera.
