FEDs

Thanks, Alexey for these two cameras, a NKVD 1d and a S.
So, once more we see that the Fed S certainly were not numbered by batches. Really very curious.

I really wonder if we will find the same for Fed accessories: http://ussrphoto.com/Forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=3180

Amitiés. Jacques.
Thank you Jacques! I wish you good mood!!!

You are too strong!Cool

Amitiés. Jacques.
Hi all

I have the black one for several years and the chrome one arrived last week from an English auction room...
Maybe they come from different areas and lens engraving is different, but how to explain the consecutive numbers on bodies and same number on lenses??? It's more than a coincidence I think... I suppose they were made by same guy?

Fred

Ha ha!
If you have too many photosnipers at home, perhaps some of us could help you, Alexey? Big smile
But I suppose that the three ones are not yours...
If possible, would you have the s/n of the bodies, just to compare with the others we have?

Amitiés. Jacques.

Hello Alexey, Jacques

Do you have seen the "4" in the s/n? I'm wondering ...

Best wishes - Guido

No, I had not seen that, Guido. Smile
I was just wondering about these ultra rare items... (thanks, Alexey!)

It seems that the "4" are not always the same, open or closed. Probably you are right. But I am not sure to see correctly.

Amitiés. Jacques.
Jacques, Guido hello!
Thank you for viewing this post regularly!
Jacques, of course I do not have three FS-2s.
I have only one copy.

Super!

Bravo, Altix!
So, a 1,5/5cm lens, officially. But possibly 6cm, by S.H., and by the diameter...

Jacques.
Hello!
Thank you so much Enn Helemäe!

Interesting. It seems that the s/n 7027 has a Fed-Zorki speed dial, and the 7026 already a Zorki one.
Thanks, Alexey.Smile
Yes, I wonder if the speed dial was changed in 7076 in a service some yesrs after production.
Or maybe in a factory there was one box with "old" and "new" speed dials and worker choosed them randomly.
