Volna-9 50/2.8 question

Hi,

Could someone enlighten me about the constrution of this lens? A 3g/4e design or a double Gauss 4g/6e design?

These Volna are Planar formula, They are assimetrical Gauss formualtion. Three elements in front two in the rear. You can consider a Biotar simplification or an Helios without one rear element
Good idea. I will place all diagrams of Soviet lenses. I have them from Spravochnik Fotoliubiteliya.
