This lens works the same way as Tair 3C from Fotosniper. First aperture needs to be preset, and wind. With fully opened aperture is easy to focus on object. After camera is ready, aperture is close by triggering the spring using cable release.

By my estimate, this lens made at list 10 years before Fotosniper-2. I can only speculate that Krasnogor’s designers copy mechanism or ideas from this project. Also possible that this lens belong to some of the KMZ engineers who later use ideas to design Fotosniper.

The lens fits for Start SLR. 100% custom made, even front and end caps are handmade :)
