Leica-Fed (from a 1934 Couplex)

This camera was sold as a fake. In fact, the reality is more complex.

The mechanism (rounded rangefinder sensor; shape of the release spring), the shoe (inside guide), the belt (colour of the vulcanite) and the lens (serial number) denote a 1934 Leica II Couplex. The cover and the plate are from a Fed (or Zorki) camera.

My guess is that the original Leica was damaged and then repaired with FSU parts.
