This is a two dioptric close up lens made before WWII, probably by Fed.

About the "goggles" (pict.2), please have a look at the Princelle, p273. The special finder shows the same mark.

I found this close up lens on my Fed 1a (1935). Jacques M. collection.

Obviously, Jacques M. is wrong about the production factory as this factory logo is NOT a Fed factory logo. It would be reasonable to think that this optical part was produced at Izyum Optical and Mechanical Plant, Raisin, Ukraine. (Lenny)
